Hey gang! Just just pictures I wanted to throw up publicly to keep myself honest knowing that all of you would be seeing these. Holding myself accountable for objective results and outcomes this year has been very helpful so far.

Taken today with my not so great 7 megapixel digital camera with limited settings.

9.85% (7 site skinfold) 190lbs and 6'2''

see this is what i was saying all along. Stay lean and just enjoy the process. All that bulking you would do didnt really ever result in much new muscle by the time you would diet it back off. Stay lean, eat right, have abs year round. If the stage is a possibility in a few years so be it, if not, at least you are in shape year round. Nice work!

Hearing this from you 3 means allot! Thanks much!

About 20lbs from being on stage with any chance in hell of placing top 3 at this point so will just wait and see if I fill out in my late 20's or early 30's. If not then I can be proud and happy to walk around confident in how I look. Not to mention that dating life has been as active as its ever been......lol!

Taken today just before heading out to the gym tonight. As of this AM for my weekly weigh in and body comp. I am 6'1.5" tall, 191lbs and 10.1% bodyfat based on a BIA done fasted first thing in the AM as always. I use the BIA to gauge change more then the actual number it shows. Pictures tell me more then the BIA does. I will note that LBM gains still acts as my primary objective. If I get stronger as well, great but size is the primary goal period. Been following a diet/training plan as follows for 4 weeks now:

~2900 calories
~200g carbs (50g pre lift, 150g post list) (100g max on HIIT days)
~100g fats
5-6 meals per day

Lift 5 days per week, HIIT cardio 2 days a week. Been o

scooby can chime in more here but i think you need more cals for your size. i train a hard gainer that is 6'4 and 220 off season and i DIET him on 3500 cals.

its hard to say without working with him because he seems to add fat so easy with no real muscle gain. Id have to get my hands wet to really advise here. I just simply dont know i think with Josh id take it very slow and increase 100 cals at a time.

195 and 10.5% this past Sunday morning at weigh in/comp. Still at 2900kcal per day via 5-6 meals a day. I have changed cardio though. 5x a week 30 minute brisk dog walk first thing in the morning. The HIIT seemed to be great for conditioning and CV benefits but my legs never really felt 100% recouped by the time my 2nd leg day would come around. Plus I was often doing HIIT with my legs still a touch sore from the prior leg day. That never sat well with me. Its been 2 weeks yesterday without any HIIT and today is legs workout #1 so will see what takes with this.


I should note I am also using Slintrol and R-ALA with carb meals of 60+ grams carbs. Have been for 3 weeks and will continue as long as I feel its working.
