Hey guys, this question is more directed toward the Americans but if anybody knows then that would be great. I am living in China and am having a hard time finding a good fish, if you see the water they pull them out of you would understand. And because I live too far inland I cant get salt water fish(exept canned tuna). But I can buy frozen Channel Catfish steaks that come from the states, its actually the only frozen fish I can buy here. Does anybody know the nutritional values on it? I can only find pages on what Channel Catfish are, cause being in China my internet is limited. I am on Daves Keto diet and want to know if it fits...... Thanks in advance.
