Pancake Sunday

Today is one of the days of the week that I look forward to the most.

PANCAKE SUNDAY! and Back Day.

This is how I start my typical Sunday morning off after I take the dog on an early morning walk.


Ends up coming to be about 6 pancakes, 1 cup of eggwhites, 2 whole eggs, and a couple cups of coffee

What kind of pancake batter/mix you use? I am going to stab and guess its like a Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat or Arrowhead Mills Buckwheat from the look. Yes? No? You use plain Greek or vanilla?
