Post your the macronutrient splits/diet types that you have had most success with off season (high carb, low carb, high prot, low prot, high fat, low fat etc etc). Also if you post, it would be good to state your weight, hight and bodyfat%

My most productive off-season has been this basic breakdown: (6'1, 240, 9-10%BF)
protein: 350-375g (divided evenly over 7 meals)
carbs: 350g (Training days, 60g less on non-training days)
fat: 120g (divided evenly in all meals except post workout shake)
-Comes out to about 4,000 calories.... This does not include 2 cheat meals I was having per week

*I was eating the same thing every day... Like most things though, I hit a plateau and I am currently developing a slightly different approach where I will cycle my carbs

I am currently eating something very similar. I am trying something new as well. basically 400g P, 400g C and ~100gF on training days, and 400g P, 200g C, 150g F on off days. Ill see how this works. Im about 240 10% as well
