I wanna gain size, debating dropping down to 8% bodyfat and slowly gaining.... Right now i can hit 275 on flatbench for 5-6

im about 180lbs, If i do a clean bulk involving milk too. In like a month

I will 190. Then its slow gain from there but i can hit 275 for 10
My strength just goes through the roof

Which is better? I know for sure when im eating a bunch im gaining muscle for sure and im hitting tons of weight for reps relative to my strength so i gotta be gaining quicker thank my slow lean gains...

thoughts?
