No seriously most all of us on the Masters Forum can be thankful we have our health and still be able to do what we love.....train hard and live a fullfilling life and make the youngsters jealous that they can't look as good as their parents and grandparents!

As one guy in his 70s said in a film from backstage at the Masters Nationals, "We crossed the bridge first." Masters is not just the bodybuilding past; it's the bodybuilding future. We have an aging population, & as more people get into lifting & realize the value of the bodybuilding community, the masters competitions will increasingly be where mainstream bodybuilding lies.
