Cardio Question?
My wife had a bad accident while skiing a few years ago her meniscus was teared bad.
We understand that she can't use the treadmill any longer because of the pounding on her knees.
Any advise on what to do for her cardio at home and at the gym?

Any ideas will be taken and appreciated  :wavey:

If she had it surgically repaired then she should'nt have any problems.

This is what I did....Start with a bike and elliptical machine. Also work the muscles around your knee, don't be afraid of squats they brought my knee back to normal faster than anything.

If it was a few years ago, overall she should be fine and should be able to run and may only be lacking flexibility and occasional pain or mild arthritis . I know I could run just a could months later
