I have been strong with all my presses for the last 2 months. My numbers have been steadily climbing. However, for the last two weeks my triceps have been my week link. They start to fatigue and I lose all focus on my chest. Any pointers?

Dips and Close Grip Benches?

I agree with the Dips and CG Bench. I started doing more of these two exercises and my bench went through the roof.

What is your split like and do u hit triceps on their own day or do u do them with another bodypart?

You could pre-exhaust your pecs before you do your presses.

Excellent point, hitting some flyes before presses should help
