'Hello Dave, and everyone else. I'm currently listening to the show and I'm 2:20(h:m) in. I heard 'garreth something' asking about low testosterone, and you mentioned pot etc but i could not relate at all. I have the same problem as the 'garreth guy'. I have not used any kind of drugs.

could you evolve a little more on what could cause low testosterone in someone that's exercising(strengthx3-4xweek & cardiox2-3xweek), eating healthy( ), sleeping 7 1/2-10 1/2 hours each night?

I eat 35-45% protein, 25-35% carbohydrates and the rest fat coming from 2750-3150 kcal.

My testosterone was in 138 ng/dl september and in november it went to 317 ng/dl.

I'm 18, 5'8 and 134 pounds.

I can give more details if needed.

Andreas Cahling had an unusual tumor growing on a facial nerve. It was growing too close to his brain ...he opted to have it removed over 10 years ago. The result was facial nerve damage. Juliette Bergmann's was born on November 30, 1958. She just had a birthday and was 53 at the recent show in Miami, FL on December 10, 2011. She was always one of my favorites. She had a younger sister that was into bodybuilding as well, if I remember correctly.
