represent what you all consume as your first and arguebly most important meal of the day breakfast

8 egg whites
Quaker oats oatmeal mixed with the eggs, pretty standard morning for me

anyone else?

I was reading sometime back that Milos Sarcev was always making his morning eggs and oatmeal with pineapple in it. I was doing that for months and months. The flavor really good with that added in

1/2 cup oats, 1 small banana, 2 TBSP natty peanut butter, 10-12oz skim milk, and a heaping scoop of whey (chocolate myofusion as of right now), and about 12 ice cubes. All blended together and pounded... tastes great!

Mine is usually 193g cooked chicken and some type of seasoning or no carb/fat sauce, veggies, 10g mac nuts, 4 fish oil caps, and 5g of psyllium husk.

I like a solid meal with fiber for breakfast. Helps keep me feeling less hungry all day.

Wake Up - Shake w/ all my vitamins

Do the 3 S's

30 mins later - 6-8 omega eggs, 1 cup oats, 1 cup of coffee (sometimes) all mixed together and drank. Quicker then cooking and faster to eat.

I train before I eat. If I eat out, it's steak and eggs. If I go home, it's homemade banana, oatmeal pancakes.

Wake up and blend 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 whole banana, 1tsp. peanut butter and 4 heaping scoops of chocolate protein powder. Drink half before the gym and the other half during and after your workout.

-1/2 cup oats
-serving of fruit (either handful of blueberries, rasberries, 1/2 banana, or an apple)

Breakfast of champions :)

4 whole eggs + 4 whites fried on olive oil, 1 slice of wheat bread, 2oz of quick oats + 1/2cup fat free low sugar yogurt, multivitamin+omega complex+glucosamine+creatine mono+glutamine.

6-8 whole OMEGA-3 eggs, cup of grits or oats mixed with half bag of mixed frozen berries, big glass of water and all my pills(CoQ10, ALA, multi-V/mineral, joint support complex, plus a few others)
