My newest toy

A buddy of mine made me this dumbbell called the Da Beast, its 30 inches long and 12 inches in diameter! It only weighs in 85 but can be loaded with 10's to more than 185. I am still getting the feel for this massive beast

LOL not any time soon... I will have to work my ass off to get the 185!

Its 1/8" steel for the bell part, not sure of the handle or loading pin, its hollow pipe 1 and a half or whatever which makes it just shy of 2" so normal collars wont work. Wrist wraps do though. The handle is 2.5"

These dumbells are looks to be different than simple dumbells and also it gave more benefit to you.

Depends on your location but a lot of guys are making these. Slatershardware.com has good ones, https://www.facebook.com/biggdogg.strongg makes most of the ASC equipment, http://www.ilstrongman.com/index2.html is where I got mine, if you are near IL.
