I get a bit of this with the changing of every season. Just hits me out of nowhere. Anybody else?

What I've found to work for treating it is exercise. The more I train the happier I feel during these times.

I've not been diagnosed by a doctor with it but I'm sure I have it as I get depressed with the changing of the seasons. Not a very deep depression, but I got the blues.

Cod liver oil is also very good for this. Best to use it throughout winter, though.

I hear tanning beds are also good in the winter since you are triggering vitamins or something from the lights

Yeah, the UV-B helps create vitamin D in the body. Cod liver oil also supplies vitamin D along with EFAs that also help.
