I am 23 6'2 and weigh around 185. This year I have decided to post some pics and have people judge my progress.

First things first, should I flex in the pics?

what do you want to know, are these just day 1, and you will post more in 12 or 16 weeks or do you want these critiqued????

still have alot of work to do. i think you need to maybe post up workouts and diet to see what your doing.

Looks like you are just starting out. Give serious training and eating a go for the next 3 years and then post back pics.
