Here's a recipe for I guess I made up because I can barely eat tuna straight from the can so Im always thinking of ways to mix it up.

Ingredients:
1 can tuna
1 egg (can use egg white if you want)
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
any spices you want (I use granulated garlic, basil, salt n pepper)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spoon into a hot pan with olive oil. Flip after about 1 minute and their done!

I use a little yellow mustard for taste but this is something you can use while dieting or sometimes Ill double or triple the recipe for a regular meal.

ENJOY

Damn, I've never thought of doing that. Sounds like that will be one of my next meals. What size can of tuna are you using?

Some chili powder or even diced jalapeņos would put it over the top
