Well firstly can I just say a big HI to everyone, this is my first post after being introduced to the site.

Where do I start.....well, I've been training seriously for about 18mths now, competed for the first time last year in NABBA North Britain, toned figure and got 3rd place! Was very excited about that!
This year however, I want to compete in the trained figure category and changed training and diet to allow for it.
Been training super hard and keeping diet fairly tight except for the odd cheat meal here n there, but now, with only 12wks to go, I decided to cut the cheat meal out. Can't be too careful especially with the requirements being so tight for the comp. Super excited though and already have 2 bikinis.
I have big plans for this year, there are a total of 4-5 comps I want to do, all being well ofcourse.
It's great seeing how everyone is doing and good luck to everyone xx

Welcome. I used to be NABBA competitor too in Figure. This year I quit NABBA membership - as they closed Physique and Figure (I mean "trained figure" now) is too hard for me anymore. But still I loved times in NABBA though :)

Yeay! New journal! Hi there! Wow you look amazing! I myself am 12 weeks out, last cheat was today unless I start leaning too fast. Love yer gunz!

hi audreyfunk! nice to make your acquaintance :yep: and thank you! great pic also, wish i could get my abs that lean, i am 11wks out today! i have legs today, cant wait, one of my fave days. i plan to do an insane mega mix of high reps and supersets to make sure i get my cuts and the super burn
