Hi everyone, I've been lurking around this forum for awhile and figured this would be a good way to introduce myself and get active on the boards

Let me start with my stats: 24 yo, 5'10", 188 lbs, 16%bf. Been training for almost 4 years now, but never with any kind of consistency in either training or diet. I'm tired of being average(at best), and figure posting here might help keep me accountable. Any feedback and/or criticism is welcomed.

My training history is extremely erratic. I tend to be one of those "routine jumper" guys who never sticks with a program and is always looking for the "latest and greatest". Right now I'm starting a pull-push-legs routine and am going to try my hardest to stick with it for at least 6 weeks.
