Suicide Squats aka vertical leg press on smith machine 5 sets of 50

Leg Press wide and high actually only had my heels on pad 5 sets of 50

Unilateral standing leg curls 5 sets of 50 each leg

Cable pull thrus 5 sets of 50

Adductors 5 sets of 50

quads have gotten denser since I started high volume 2 weeks ago

The vert leg press is no joke. Definitely a page out of the old school book

yep, been doing em that way for decades! Back in the day I would duct tape 2x4's to the bt of my shoes so it wouldn't kill my arches when it got heavy!

My apologies for posting this in a separate thread! It should be in my training log. I guess my brain is smoked too!

It's all good bro, when you train hard and are exhausted the mind doesn't think right sometimes
