Macros wont be the same, you could use fat free cream cheese, low fat, full fat
Same with milk, could use almond milk, regular milk, 2% Milk
Too much variance,
Mine was 80-90g Protein, 30-40g Carbs, 12-15g Fat

I make a variation of this every week. Its actually the Layne Norton's cheesecake which is very similar and makes a 9" pie made with fat free cream cheese, splenda, fat free milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. I also add a couple scoops of vanilla protein to it for flavor and added protein content.
The macros on it (without the added protein powder)come out to per slice
150 Cal's
20g protein
6g carbs
2.5g fat

Google layne Norton's cheesecake and you'll get all the info. There are some different variations too. The version I use is around 150 Cal's per slice (1/8th of pie)

Just found it, this looks like a great thing for bulking. Sounds amazing. Could flavor it with a good protein. I wonder how whey to build muscle cake batter would taste with it. Cake flavored cheesecake. hmmm

I've tried it with a few different proteins, and they've all been good though I think the vanillas have came out the best
