View Full Version : Need help to Improve my Physique

Hey guys,

I am starting to try and really get back to getting fit and adding muscle. School has been tough and it has been a challenge to lift HARD on a consistent bases. Now that thing are cooling down and graduation is in sight; I really want to try and add some good muscle.

I posted a few pics I took just now and need some advice on what I need to focus on in the gym as far as exercises go.

I have been able to get rid of a good deal of body fat, but I can't seem to get rid of it in my lower back/oblique area and it makes me look kind of "blocky" in the waist..which sucks when you don't have enough muscle like me lol

I know my biceps are a weak point and I would like to improve my back width and chest...

What do you guys think I need to really focus on? Any tips that I could use to take my physique to another level would be really appreciated.

overall size really. id focus on muscle gain over fat loss at this point.
