View Full Version : I got a client 8 weeks out

hey ladies i got a client who is doing her first show, and shes my first client I have that's going to do a show.
she's 54, 8 weeks out....121lbs, currently 16%bf she carries great upper body muscle and already has abs but i'm having a little issue giving her a solid diet.
can some of you post some 8 week out diets for some help? thanks!

hmmmmm. this will be tough. what type of diet has her body been used to up to this point? has she already been prepping thus far or is she just starting now...at 8 wks out?

pix would be nice...just to see how she looks.

she's been prepping all along, I have her doing 40 minutes of cardio 5x a week but going to bump it up to 60 min 5x a week soon. She's leaning out just not dramatically. I will get her diet later thanks ladies :)

what do you men all along? for how many weeks has she been prepping? what has her results been like, meaning how much weight has she lost and what does she now look like in compared to when she started? has she been doing only 40 min of cardio the whole time, what type of cardio?

shes started prepping about 4 weeks ago, she certainly leaned out, dropped 6 pounds thus far...she does either the treadmill @ 3.8mph at a 5.0 incline or Arc trainer at about 15 resistance.

pic please!! 6 lbs could mean a lot or not mean a lot. all depends on the person. is she natural?

diet:
Meal 1:
1 scoop protein w/5g glutamine
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup Blueberries

Meal 2:
1 Yogurt
4oz turkey breast
1 serving cucumbers

Meal 3:
1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp Flax (in Oatmeal)

Meal 4:
4oz chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 serving cucumbers/radish

Postworkout:
1 scoop protein
5g glutamine

Meal 5:
4oz chicken breast
¼ cup Raw Almonds
1 cup broccoli
1 serving cucumbers/radish

the diet isnt so bad. personally i would have real food over 3 shakes a day. and i would ditch the yogurt and add veggie in its place.

in meal 1 6 egg whites in place of shake. and maybe a tuna packette at another. keep a shake PWO.

good idea, thanks. the problem is she hates eggs but i'll mention the tuna
