So I got home from work early tonight and decided to think of a new recipe, heres what I came up with and it was actually really good!
Ingredients
2 tilapia fillets (4 oz each)
1 cup plain cream of wheat
spices- garlic, basil, cilantro, salt, pepper
olive oil
Thaw out 2 fillets and soak them in water for a few minutes.
Mix cream of wheat and all spices into big bowl.
Toss fish in mix and make sure every inch is covered in spices.
In hot pan with about 2 tbsp of olive oil cook fish about 3-4 minutes each side
and DONE!
Macros:
2 fillet-
40 g protein
40 g carbs (all good slow digesting carbs)
20ish g fat (healthy fats)
