Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with tennis elbow..that is pain radiating from the elbow into the forearm and hand. Most likely from overuse. I bodybuilding and do boxing and believe it is from the boxing but affects my lifting. Was wondering if anyone can help. Thanks!

Try resting it for a while, if it's a new injury you want to ice it; stay away from heat. After 2 Cortisone injections I had surgery on mine, which GREATLY Helped. Stay away from heavy movements ie: bench pressing, Nose Breakers kill me.

Had it in both elbows! Might have been from trying out the punch bag.

After 5 cortisone injections and a specialist saying I needed surgery on the one arm, but after rest (No training at all) and wearing a special wrist support at night......it went away. Just a bit of pain every now and again.

I also found that the pain got worse when I did standing calf raises. Something to do with the nerves from the shoulder to the elbow. Good luck. Now go and rest. Remember don't even do leg presses where you have to pick up any weights. Enjoy the break!

Have you ever tried cissus.
I had tennis elbow for over 6 months, after 1 week of taking cissus i noticed an improvement after 6 weeks I had no pain. Been pain free for over 18 months now.
