So guys I have decided to cut (well I seem to always be trying to...) with some help this time. This is not my first cycle... nor a beginner's cycle but it should be great! haha

BF around 15%

AndroHard v2 (I got a lot of this when version 3 was released so I have a lot)

12/16/16/20/24/0/0/0 (I have two bottles, will go up if I dont see much gains in the first few weeks)

0/0/0/1.5/1.5/1.5/2/2 (I have two bottles so I might just go till it runs out. I hear 2ml is the sweet spot for most running it so I hope with the UD in there I dont need to go any higher. But If I do whatever... I dont like NOT finishing bottles... unless I have a lot in my stash)

I follow HST training. Everything is supersetted cept squats and deads.
Diet is IF
1500 burn days
2200-3000 build days. (usually friday I will do a really big post workout meal, wednesday I keep it a bit less. Sat and sunday are my "Play" days where I try to do some cross fit or something, calories will usually be on the higher side as these are the days I spend with my wife so I cant be TOO picky. Though being completely gluten intolerant definitely helps me avoid having to eat cakes etc.)


Started this 10 days ago but decided I wanted more input so here is my log :D
Any opinions, suggestions?

Small update:


Definitely feeling the enhanced thermogenesis. Last night I got up in the middle of the night in sweat. And just talked to the others at work and they said it was cold last night....




Did a quick morning workout of high sumo pulls/pull ups 5x135/10xbw 3 sets, 6:30.


Just to get the blood flowing in the morning. :)

Day 11 was pretty good warmer. Feeling a bit of energy post dose.

Good workout. Took no preworkout today and still hit it REALLY hard. Felt super strong. I think UD might be kicking in full charge. I didnt eat much pre workout (Cause I just have a hard time seeing calories having to be taken away from my post workout meal... )

not hungry at all today so I am pretty sure my metabolism has slowed. Tomorrow I will have to refeed a bit.

Back down to 5s... oh yes I love it. everything felt light. I am probably in my 70% range atm but it feels super light. Going for more weight next workout (6-8), then weight goes up more on friday.

Day 16...
Got sme bad news bros... Think I'm gonna have to cut my cycle short. Been having some weird tan/redish spots come up on my midsection and around my chest. Looked it up online and it ranges from yeast - cancer. So I'm just gonna abort and do a mild pct. (probably run low dose torem, formastanzol and some daa with prg control) still looking to lean out.
Any suggestions on what to run in pct? Just throwing it out there hehe.

Day 17 (PCT day 2) Yesterday60mgs of Torem .2mgs of Arimidex]10 pumps of formastanzol (5 pumps AM, 5 pumps PM) 4 caps AnaBeta 2 caps Forged Steel4 caps PCT (AI product) no workout, but I am going to dose arimi EOD, torem 60mgs this week, then 30mgs next week. I will see how my estrogen fluctuates via any sides. (Nipples hurting, bloated looking, joint pain... well lack there of joint pain) Im moving my training cycle into the 5s and keeping it between 4-6 reps. Going to bump up the weight. I dont care about the size now... as I feel I can look good so long as i dont drop too far below the 90kg mark... 2 years ago I was 82kgs and about 1% bf less than I am now.... So if I can get to say 88kgs and look like that I will be VERY pleased.

So yesterday I kinda got really depressed cause I seem to be moving backwards... Felt fat, etc... Well today I lost like 3kgs from Monday (I like to weigh my self Mondays and Friday's to try and keep the weekend carb ups under control) but man... Looked leaner as well. I guess I was just sleep deprived. Working from 730-7 for the past week must have taken its toll. Doesn't help I wake up at like 5am and sleep at 11.... Used to sleep till 7 till I had to do morning workouts. All in all that's progress and progress is good.

Dude it's probably just a lil tinea versicolor... Look it up it's pretty common and nothing to freak over-actually similiar to athletes foot but usually on the abdomen, back , chest, and shoulders.

Man it was damn hard lol. I'm moving into my maxes here so the programming will be strength based. Using MEBB. Starts next week. PR every week! Hahah doubt it but it would be nice.

Workout CHANGE!
As I am now training (http://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Training-Programs/Powerhouse-Progress-Principles-Training--p53.html) for tennis my lifting and entire program is going to follow the Max Effort Black Box template. Here it is


1st Cycle
Day 1:*

Unfortunately, I am crazy so I probably will just do the corrective stuff almost everyday (Trying to get the front squat form down, and the hand stand push up). And I will do BW metcons instead of following any site (Though I do time to time follow Cross Fit FootBall.)

As I said I have changed my goal as well. I am willing to lose some muscle mass so that I can be more mobile. But I need to lose BF as well.

I started Ostarine and Albuterol. I will use alb @ 4mg 2xED for 15 days, then cycle off. I will then probably just use EC after that. Hoping Ostarine will help my joints and perhaps give me a strength boost. Tomorrow morning I will do a morning WOD that will look like this:

Ate pretty good. Had to do a lot of bcaas though. I'm looking leaner and feeling stronger so I assume the bcaas are working even though my protein has been cut back drastically. sure makes everything taste better though... and no harm on body comp. Still losing weight. Got my AgeForce Patches in so I should be getting even more progress on weight loss

In the morning I did some skill work for Hand Stand Push ups, did some flex things for the catch on the clean. did some mobility as well.

15 reps of these took 6 minutes... In the middle of set 1-2 and 2-3 i did sumo high pulls.
