...what weaknesses should I work on? What are your thoughts about my physique in general?

I'm 28 years old, about 5'9 tall (hey, I'm a bit taller than 5'8 so I round UP...haha) and I've done 2 shows.

Most recently I placed fairly well 3rd out of 14 in Novice and 4th out of 17 in Open as a Middleweight at the NPC Northern Kentucky.

My conditioning for that show wasn't my best, but I am dialing it in for the VPX Derby here in Louisville, which I'm hoping I can get a top 2 finish and qualify...

Here's a pic from the Northern, and a few progress pictures I took about 2-3 weeks after the show where I've tightened up some more. The leg picture was taken in the gym last weekend.

yes cond needs to be tighter. id also focus on your back, you need some thickness and detail in there.

Work on back - esp lower lats and thickness
arms - esp tris
Good thighs!
Solid base...just need more time in and you'll get there!
