Hey everyone,

My name is Zoila Acevedo, aka LadyZ aka Z33acv2 aka Zee. :) I just want to share my journey to the Atlantic States.

I'm 6.5 weeks out from the show. This is my first time doing a NPC show in NYC and i'm so excited. Jillian Reville is my prep coach. She has been an amazing coach. :)

Today is leg day. Woohoo!! I love leg days. Well I love every body part. Lol.

I took a couple of days from working out because I was feeling mentally drained from work and training. I feel recharged and I'm ready and excited to get my workout on. But I have to wait until the evening to trash my legs.

So my photographer, Haley (my niece) left to visit her father in PA for the weekend. Now, I have to do McGuyver and make sure the progress pictures come out okay.

Good morning everyone.

I feel like crap today. Been fight a cold since Wednesday and it took me down this weekend. :( I forced myself to trained Friday and Saturday. It was hard but I pushed through it.

Friday I did legs (my favorite). I brought Amanda aka Sweetcapri to the gym I go to. She saw first hand how much weight I push. :)

Saturday I did shoulders. During shoulders presses I had to stop mid way because it was hard for me to breathe. I took my time with my workout and cardio. It was nice not to rush through my workout.

it's been a while since I have been here. Alot has happened these passed few weeks. I had to quit my job because a number a reasons. I also got injured .. Neck and lower back. Thank God, I still on track with my diet and training. My prep coach Jillian Reville is please with my progress. She let me have my cheat meal today. Which consist of protein pancake with bacon (yes bacon) and sugar free syrup.

thanks :) This show is the only thing that is normal in my life.
