idk exactly what you are asking here. are you ready to compete? i would say no at this point, you need more size.

the training split is not optimal. i would do something like this:

chest tris

ham strings delts

back bis

quads calves

you need fat in your diet. how are you getting 0 when you have almond butter, steak and chicken. are you sure that your macros are accurate ?

Diet is 300/275/50 ( No added Fats just from proteins and oats)
43.5%/40.2%/16.3%

Off days 70/260/66
15%/54%/31%

There I calculated the Fat ,, Tried that split + 500 hundred others all that I achieved was great muscle maturity,, Now I train very strict form 4-6 reps all movements,, and some 5-7 I have set up a training journal to follow progress since changing to this routine I have increased my db bench 90LBS, Rack Deads 90LBS, and all my other lifts aswell I would have to check my log book all in 12weeks,,

do you know how to embed a iphone video I want to see what the experts thinnk about my structure muscle bellies and overal potential... I was to compete at 202s and only then Will I do a show

You need more muscle (don't we all - :)) Try to fill in up top - shoulders and chest. Your gut sticks out more than your chest - that's not good. Good vascularity in arms but don't let that be your gauge for conditioning.

Thankyou Dan for the comments. I'm working on it my chiro has me doing supermans and ab tightening exercises . It's a postural problem dropped deads and squats and increased reps aswell. After talking with Ben pakulski and also took oats from my diet added rice and Ezekiel bread and more fats 2weeks ago and already lost 2.5 inches in waist check out my training journal I'll update pics next week thanks keep the comments coming
