We all love lifting weights..i was wondering if you do sprint training or other kinds of training? if so what kind?

Great topic . I love sprints today and I used them even while competing in Bodybuilding . A typical program for me is a 1/2 mile to mile warmup jog , not run then 3 x 300 yard shuttles . Shuttle 1 is 50 yards x 6 laps rest 1 min, shuttle 2 is 100 yards x 3 rest 1 minute and shuttle 3 is 25 yards x 12 . Each shuttle should be done in under 70 seconds at my weight ( 246 ) .
Then comes the sprint part of my workout . 3 x 50, 3 x 100 and 3 x 25 ** the 25 yard ones start with a 10 yard side shuffle then into the sprint . I like the results very much . They make me more powerful .

I spent years doing sprint and plyometric training. Today I focus primarily on traditional weight training. I do plan to get back on the field again before too long though to get the fast twitch back into the game!
