I know different cooking methods change GI index of some carbs for ex

Sweet potatoes (boiled) 44-48
Sweet potatoes (baked) 56-58

Oats 54-58

Basmati rice (boiled) 36-40
Parboiled white rice (boiled) 48
Parboiled Long grain Brown rice 50

Ezekiel Bread 35

How is White rice and Basmati Rice slower digesting then brown rice?

Does anyone notice they stay full longer with brown rice over white rice?

I know with oats and baked sweet potatoes they digest the same but with boiled sweet potatoes I stay for an extra 30 minutes or so this is what I have noticed from personal experience

Im thinking about incorporating rice back in my diet after a year with just potatoes and oats,, but I want some rice experts to chime in
