MHP's Kings of the Bench III, $5,000 pro classic benchpress (no super shirts, starting around 1pm)

NPC Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness and Bikini (pre-judging at 8am and then the finals are at 7pm)

IFBB Guest Poser = 2008 Mr. Olympia, Dexter "The Blade" Jackson !

Armwrestling (going on between the NPC pre-judging and night show)
