Hey! Ive gone 4 months without training because Ive been out travelling. Now Im getting ready to get back in the game. Ive got my diet and training down. So my question is, which supplements would you recommend? Either for someone coming back, or just in general.
These are the ones Im going for/considering at the moment:

Beta alanine
Creatine monohydrate
BCAA and sugar (during long workouts)
Omega 3
Vit D3
Vit B3 (Niacin)
Vit C
HMB
Di-Aspartic Acid
Leucin (?)

organic cage free eggs (soy free if possible)

grassfed beef

wild caught fish

natural chicken

L-Leucine

Creatine Mono

Whey Isolate if need be.

Vitamin D-3 (2,000-5,000 iu ) daily

Chelated MIneral Supplement

Fish Oil (3,000-5,000 mg) daily

Juice vegetables...i like Parsley, Squash, Cucumber, Kale, Cabbage, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes...etc...sometimes some pear and apple thrown in.
