Try to get yourself videotaped & this may help you out in your next show to see what good things you did & the corrections that you can improve on.

Sounds super. Would like to go, but will most likely have to work.

Shout out to my pal Rodney Roller, who will guest pose here and most likely kick butt at Masters Nats.

Best of luck to all the competitors.

Empire - just got your message now. Sorry I didn't get to see you... which one were you and how did you place?

Biggie - thanks! I got 4th (out of 6) and he placed first (didn't get overall though). I was a little disappointed with the placing, but I met Dave backstage before I went out to get my trophy and he had some nice things to say, so that made me feel good despite the placing! Still had a blast, which was the most important thing I guess! :)

What was the lesson you got with competition? Congrats on your 1st show & your BF as well. Look at the videotape of yourself, if you did that & see what your competitors did differently & look at yourself to see what you may need to work on.

Too many lessons to list them all here. Someone recently asked me the same thing, so I'm going to write them all out and post them on my public blog. It was a wonderful experience and I'm definitely excited to do it again...
