I think smith machine front squats are the best to build mass in the quads. what do you think

I personally think anything that has Smith tied to it is highly overrated. Just mho.

Remove 'smith' and 'front' and I'll agree with you. At least for my body, regular squats seem to work the best.

I like incline bench on smith, but thats all. Just because I can adjust the bench , and put less preasurre on my rotator cuff...

Heavy free weight squats 6-10. Wait 3-5 min then do a 20 rep widowmaker with a drop in weight. The quad muscle fibers actually get stimulated very well with high reps...

Never tried a Smith machine front squat. But will try them on my next leg day to see how they feel.

Ass to grass front squats heavy and leg press with a low foot position and deep. Leg press like this and going for lots of time under tension is great.

I'm with you on Smith Machine Front Squats. I actually tried those for the first time a month or two back and I feel them more in my Quads than anything else, and I don't have to worry about balancing the bar.

Squats with a plate or something else elevating your heels off the ground just a little bit.

NICE. I forgot about doing this. Try putting some dimes under your heels and doing front squats ass to grass! Killer on the quads.
