TONIGHT on Muscle Girls Inc:

Hosts and IFBB Pros Cristina Vujnich and Dianna Dahlgren tackle the very serious and often avoided issue of binge eating among competitors and dieters. This week, listeners submitted their binging stories and the girls discuss ways to not only overcome your binge cravings, but how to prevent them from happening in the first place.

A very honest and raw show this week, the truth behind binge eating, only on MUSCLE GIRLS INC - THE NEXT GENERATION!

Thanks for posting the show, Jeff! This was a pretty big topic and we have already received SOOO many responded about it. Definitely a necessary discussion and hoping to help people out there who are dealing with the same.

thought this was a great episode and topic that all of us here can relate too. Its nice to hear people admit more of the mental strain or guilt about even eating a few extra pieces of chicken or vegetables. because hell I have those days and sometimes I felt like I was the only person who felt bad about eating more vegetables because i was hungry lol. but yeah all in all I really enjoyed this show

Glad you guys enjoyed the show. We've had an overwhelming response to this show....I'm talking emails, texts, twitter posts/dms, facebook messages, you name it. Biggest response thus far for an MGI: The Next Generation.

We're exploring other topics that are sometimes underplayed but are sometimes a huge issues for competitors and such.

So thanks again for the responses!
