Alright everyone I want to step on stage in the near future--but I need lots of work.
I am 5'5 200lbs.

Am looking for more specific advice, for example:
Abs: Need lots of work, I recommend doing this: Weighted crunches, increasing weight by 10% per week for 4 weeks...

Chest: too big? Work on upper chest development, if X doesn't seem to work try Y...

hard to say really since your bf is high. id diet some to really see where your strengths and weaknesses are.

Graduate in 3-4 weeks and then I really plan to hone in my diet. Hard when I am living in the college house.
Going to definitely need to hone in a lean diet that is for sure... Thanks

Your abs need more work in the kitchen then the gym. Good solid base. Thick back. Post up more pics once you get more into a diet.
