Irish Lads & Ladies, the date has just been released for:

NABBA Mr Ireland 2009 (Universe 2009 & Worlds 2010 Qualifier)
Sunday 30th August
Olympia Theatre,
Dame Street,
Dublin

Who is going? I will be there.
If I get some cash I'll go. Should be back training by then as well so at least I won't feel as lazy as I did at the Spring Classic.

Went into Nutrition Connection on Westmoreland Street today to buy Dorian's Blood and Guts DVD and a guy there said Dorian might be showing up at the Mr. Ireland show. I'll have to ask around to make sure but that sounds deadly.

They said people can buy tickets for the show in either of their shops in town.

yea i was reading on the forums nutrition connections website that mr universe has been moved ahead a few weeks and this is the closet date they could get to it

"giani" is skipping it this year aswell and as far as i know so is jack mcdaniels so if enda is skipping it aswell thats last years top 3 not gonna be competing this year

Was an ok show,the presenter was a bit of a creep and on top of that the organiser is a head melter.

I went to see my friend Kane at the juniors he won it last year.

My friend came third, but he won last year. The guy who beat him must of had some excellent drug cycle and carb load!

last competed in 2006 came 2nd in first timers Cathal Tiernan won I was 225 on stage needed to be leaner im 286 at present trying to lean up a bit might give it a go next year

Cool, you a big man so:D 2006 was the last time i competed too, before this year.

Cathal seems like a nice guy from talking to him yesterday and I was glad to see him take 1st place, as I know he wanted it badly...So well done Cathal!
