I'm must be missing something with regards to the # of FBB in competition. I just think it comes down to a financial reward for professionals. Across the board places 1-5 should receive a financial reward that merit professionals. You become professional to, among other reasons, receive that financial reward. My thinking is that Mimi J would compete if she could see that her reward could offset, somewhat, the cost to her for training for her sport. I disagree with JM. I just think that if there were more shows offering financial prizes greater than a few $k for any placing 1-5 at a pro show you'd see more competitors.

Great point of view
I do agree with you, but I also have to agree with JM.
It is so much more difficult for women in the industry to come together as ONE. We really have to learn to work together in order to get what we expect from the industry. we have to try to put aside our pride and stop pointing fingers as who works harder-fbbdrs, fitness, bikini or figure girls- we are still women, we just decided to choose different paths, and we have to be thankful that the sport have given us the option to do so.. Just like JM said, the Men under 202 class knew they couldn't be compare to the other freaks on stage, so they got together, and spoke up. and their request was granted.
