Just curious if anyone can direct me as to where I can find the best instruction or videos on Men's Physique posing, and or tricks of the trades

I know that Bobby Ashhurst does seminars..as do a number of competitors. I would view their pics on RXMUSCLE.com from contests and see if you like the way they pose. then contact the coaches that pose in a way you think is representative of what Physique should be.

look up videos on youtube of Mark Anthony Wingson. The judges basically nut over his posing...he'd be the guy to learn from!
