I should have been logging earlier! About to receive my monthly gift and NOT feeling competion ready at all! I has down to about 4 pounds from comp weight 3 weeks ago and felt a little too lean so i allowed my diet to be a little more lax. Not loving the way i feel now, but will re -weigh and evaluate on Friday.

Today's workout:
Rotating stairs 20 min
Recumbent bike 20 min

Squats 4 sets of 15 very narrow, very low but almost to ground 20 pounds each sd smith machine
Lunges 4 sets of 15 - smith machine 15 pounds each side

Incline treadmill 60 min

well..., not posting as i planned... Jr usa's 11 days away! Coming down nice, keeping muscles rounded in legs and shoulders. Switched to 20 min of lifting a day after am cardio. Targeting one body part, 3 days on 3 off, and 2x a week yoga pracitice. Looking forward to seeing what peak week does! Still eating carbs, just not in last meal, will post pics before i begin peak week on saturday. Excited and ... afraid! Let the craving monsters come.... I know there will be no stopping them

I promise ( to try) to upload more photos and do a daily log leading up to Jr. Nationals in Chicago. I decided to go straight into chicago Jr. Nationals from Jr. Usa's because i want to see Chicago! never been. Competing is about bringing your personal best and having fun! There are a few things i want to change for this show and im very excited to make it happen. Today, started with 1 hr cardio, 30 min on gauntlet, 30 on treadmill. Shoulder routine: 20 lb single arm shoulder press 12 reps, 10 pounds- up and backs 10 reps, 10 pound plates shoulder swims, front raise, and lateral raise 12 reps each, seated lateral fly 15 reps. All excersises done in a circuit, 5 times

Tomorrow begins peak week! Staying lean so peak week shouldnt be too hard. Cardio every morning and evening, every second day evening cardio is replaced with lifting. Long lean muscle for bikini class so yoga 1-2 times per week. Feeling good! Cant wait for my Chi town pizza cheat!
