I have tried them and I think they only really help if you have a true deficiency or you have trouble with gut absorption of vitamin B12. I guess, at best, they are a bit of a tonic!

You always hear about people using them to increase appetite.

I had a deficiency and noticed a big difference the day after the injection.I dont think it will make any dfference if you do not have a deficiency.

I didnt notice any difference with my b12 injections. I just use it to water down my test injection.....

B-12 is important for the conversion of homocysteine to methionine, which is a very good thing. However, all B vitamins have the potential for nourishing any opportunistic bacteria and/or parasites that might be in your gut, so IM is perhaps a better way to go for a couple of reasons.

I definitely agree with not noticing any energy gain unless you're deficient. I can't say I noticed any bump in energy at all when I used jumbo doses IM.

B-12 helps digest all other nutrients.. If your lacking you will feel much better.. If your already healthy and eat a clean nutritious diet, you may not feel anything at all....

after a long keto, it can't hurt...

I had the doctor give them to me regularly every 3wks, and I do agree with Leigh. I have to say that shot is so painful for me 5min after injection that I have to sit in my car for 10min before I can drive manual...it's almost paralyzing (for me). Like someone slammed me with a baseball bat. Every time. Okay, I realize that's not a benefit ;)

At best they serve as a mixer for GH ....unless you have a clinical deficiency you are unlikely to see any result.

energy-wise, I personally benefited greatly from them. But I'm anemic and was taking inj. 2x/week with iron. Majority of the population probably won't benefit from it unless you have some serious deficiencies.

Shit is cheap, 100 mls for 20 bucks, so I bought a jug and have been shooting 1000 mcgs sub Q every morning. I feel fucking amazing, but also have changed other things in my regime so cant attribute it strictly to that.

I have read tons back and forth info on IM vs Sub-q, doctors seem to all say IM, but I say fuck doctors and have been getting good effects sub q.

I honestly do weekly and am unsure wether it helps me or not.

Try it Daily I hear it's 4 or 5 days of use in a row when you start to really notice.

At what dosage? Certainly not 1 cc a day

Why not? 1000 mcg a day isn't that much.
