HOW TO Download Heavy Muscle Radio 2 IPOD

Can anybody help!

I wold like to download RX Muscle Radio or is it Heavy Muscle Radio into my ITunes - IPOD.
Is it possible?
I went into Itunes and tried Podcasts for Heavy Muscle Radio and Rx Muscle witout any luck.

open itunes. click on advanced.
click subscribe to podcast
paste link
click ok
