I know I certainly dont lol with my whooping 235g refeed day lol

There are several different recipes I like but here is one to get started.

Bread Pudding

6 slices Low Carb Bread (2.5/8/.02 per slice)
276g Liquid Egg White
240g Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
10 packs Splenda
Duncan Hines Cinnamon Roll Flavor Pack
150g Libbys Pumpkin
30g Hungry Jack Extra Light and Fluffy Pancake Mix

Cream of Tartar
Baking Powder

I mix everything (keep 50g pumpkin leftover) besides the bread in a bowl till its slightly foamy then pour it into a rectangular Pyrex dish. Then break the bread into pieces and spread it over the mixture. Bake at 325 for around 30 minutes maybe less. For topping I use the remaining pumpkin, waldens caramel dip and waldens syrup. Mix it up and spread it over the top. You could certainly add pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon too.

Paging Chef Bob, Bob "The Solution"

No kidding, Bob probably has thousands of ideas... I'll post my pancake recipe as soon as I get to a CPU...

Austin, where are you getting the flavor packs ?, I've looked all over for them after you and Bob were talking about them..

Paging Chef Bob, Bob "The Solution"

The bread pudding is an off shot of Bob's recipe (one of them anyhow). I use his pumpkin cheesecake recipe all the time and pancake recipes.

Why not read my thread in the Muscle Meal Section. Plenty of ideas.

Why not on your refeed eat something you "Crave" or "Enjoy" and modify a recipe you find online with lower caloric alternatives to suit your caloric needs?

what i do every refeed
If i want some chicken parm, use pasta, lower carb pasta sauce, low fat cheese, a cut up chicken breast and go from there with additions.

This is what I do. Your recipes are easily altered to meet different macro requirements if need be.

That they are... I'm in line for that cookbook when you get it done...

Now that I have carbs added back in, I'm going to try a few of Bob's creations... Cheesecake and one of the breads will be topping the list

OK just a quick question because I've never done a refeed. I understand its a big bump in carbs for the day. so say my carbs were at 200g, and my refeed was also 200g. does that mean I consume 400g of carbs that day? and do you lower the other macros as well? just curious on this. sorry if it seems stupid to ask
