Anyone do these? I did them for the first time tonight but undecided as of yet whether I like them.

That would work awesome for me as my front delts don't need any more size.

my rears are the weakest.only so much you can do for them though.you know when i layed off the volum my shoulders responded.the deltoids are a rather small muscle group.i think they get over trained alot.

I started doing a cross between a row and a rear lateral raise. I saw it in the free video you get from bb.com with Bob Cicherillo. You can use a lot of weight and as long as you keep the form strict it really burns them out.

Keep the elbow high, slightly bent, and brush the fingers against your thigh when doing hammer grip. they work really well.

If this is the exercise i'm thinking of, they are excrutiatingly painful for me...

I like them, but I prefer doing them while leaning my body. I hold onto the handle near the pulley system and put my feet way out to the side so I get a better stretch and more stimulation through a ROM that you otherwise don't get standing straight up.
