Does anyone do decline movements for chest? Decline bench,db, or decline hammer strength press? Im trying to shape my chest(if possible) for that full box chest. Instead of what i call my triangled shape chest lol bad analogies. Just seeing if decline has any benefits

I do decline dumbells from time to time. When you think about it, dips are decline chest movement also.

I do Decline about 3-4 times per YEAR :) Most people need more work on the upper chest. Lower chest gets plenty of activation from flat bench.

I think you just need to add size to your chest overall. If you do that you'll likely be happy with the shape. As for "shaping" your chest, that's just one of those things that was sort of predetermined when the sperm hit the egg. The shape of your chest is what it is. I don't think doing declines changes the shape anymore than if you skip the declines and just do incline and flat. Just my opinion though. But again, build the size there and see what you have then.

I like the Decline Hammer Strength machine seems to always give my chest a great squeeze!

Looking at your pictures.. And I know this sounds stupid.. But how much do you bench? You have a chest like I did before I broke 3 plates.

I like to do decline's from time to time just to change things up. I try to focus more on incline and regular flys and weighted dips. At my gym there's this old style incline machine that gives you a great stretch.

Truthfully 185x10 for 3 sets, 225x4 max Recently. I have a rotator cuff and scapula injury. I have been in that range for about a year. A couple years ago i was doing 315 for reps easy.

I had them too. Nandrolone. It helps.
