Potassium helps me. I've heard its from dehydration, and I've also heard that using icing sugar and baking soda will help to flush the lactic acid, although I know you have to be careful doing that.

Up your water and taurine intake. What is your daily water intake?

Symptoms of cramping may be alleviated by:
Eating fruit particularly bananas
Ensuring adequate hydration
Taurine supplementation - 3-5g daily
Potassium supplementation - 200-400mg daily taken before bed on an empty stomach

Up your water and taurine intake. What is your daily water intake?

patassium and magnesium,i had once cramps for 5 days,i couldnt move and the pain was so bad i nearly fainted,my legs would cramp even if i didnt move them, the most painful muscle expirience up to date but the weird thing was that i was hardly taking gear or competing id just had my summer holidays in the lanzarote sun, bottom line is that potassium and magnesium saved myself from jumping of a bridge...

I don't take clen, but I have awful issues with cramps in calves, arch of my feet, and toes... can knock me to my knees or wake me up from a sound sleep...

I supplemented with magnesium, potassium and calcium, to no avail... then I read Sassy's advice for those taking clen to supplement with taurine... wondered if it would help me any...

it has helped so much! now about the only time I get the awful cramps is as I extend my posing time and I'm flexing it hard... but it is no where near as bad as it use to be...

Hey everybody, thanks for the suggestions. I upped my intake of taurine as well as increasing to a gallon and a half of water a day and this worked. I also added calcium and magnesium to the mix. I do not take T3 or T4 as i am worried about the thyroid. I instead am doing 6 weeks of Tren at the beginning then taking 4 weeks off. I then will bring back Tren for another 6 weeks to finish things off.

potassium and magnesium pills...also try drinking seltzer water, it contains Quinine in it. If neither of that helps dont go more than 80mcgs....my buddy experiences the same problems youve mentioned, it tends to be dose related

That's what I do....4G Taurine....400mg of Potassium....and of course more water than usual.

You have to be careful with the potassium...high levels are bad for your heart....That's why they use potassium cloride to execute people via lethal injection

Dave has said that cramping due to clen is no an electrolyte nore a mineral issue, it's simlpy the muscle has the ability to squeez harder than usuall, therefore it can lock up so to speak, as mentioned above he has recomended Quinine.

I never realized Seltzer water had quinine in it. I think you are mistaken for club soda. Seltzer is just carbonated water.

i find that increasing my sodium intake take's care of the cramping, especially when a lot of cardio is on the precontest agenda. when you have to cut sodium to drop water i find quinine comes in as a handy tool.

Uhmmm Potassium Cloride in lethal form is almost impossible to achieve for most athletes. And it is only a 3rd of what is used in lethal injections. For someone with a bad heart, it would be easier to achieve, but if they are on clen, they'd have already had a heart attack by now.

BUT water is also used in the lethal injections so I guess we should watch out for that too.

Orally, KCl is toxic in excess; the LD50 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LD50) is around 2500 mg (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milligram)/kg (meaning that a lethal dose for 50% of people weighing 75 kg (165 lb (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pound_%28mass%29)) is about 190 g (6.7 ounces (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ounce)), or about 38 teaspoons). Table salt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_chloride) is about as toxic. Intravenously this is reduced to just over 100 mg/kg, but of more concern are its severe effects on the cardiac muscles (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle); high doses can cause cardiac arrest (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardiac_arrest) and rapid death (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death), ergo its aforementioned use as the third and final drug delivered in the lethal injection process.

/yes this was plagiarized. I learned it from Blechman.
