Great supplement !! I began using it during contest prep in the late 80's.. I always felt it helped get me leaner , then in 2004 I began using it at higher doses for athletic conditioning purposes and felt great n use it to this day.

Many studies suggest it's good for fertility by improving Sperm quality and mobility as well .

It's definitely a supplement I've always recommended to those I've trained .

Of course you can , Lance . As with all aminos you should try to take it without additional protein and on an empty stomach is best .

I don't think either has been proven more beneficial . I began using the liquid, as it was real popular when Twinlab first put it out , but switched to caps or pills depending on availability and like them both . My dose is a lot higher than the one you are using . I do think the effects are dose dependent , up until a certain point . I use 2000 a day .

The online whole sale companies seem to be best for pricing . If anyone knows of any other places for good supplement prices please post it . Thanks

The problem with L-carnitine is it needs insulin to do it's job. Also, L-carnitine has a low bioavailability.

I have been using L-Carnitine for quite some time now. I've found incredible results and have even tested working in at high dosages. I have gone up to 6000mg per day and no negative effects. Incredible supplement to include in your daily routine.

Love it guys, so many benefits and so many ways to use it as well. When used in the morning and pre-workout it helps with the mobilization and metabolizing of fats, while on the other hand when it is used post workout, then it actually helps volumize muscle and kickstart recovery. That point about fertility is true as well, it volumizes sperm in men and breastmilk in women

I have used and am currently using L-Carnitine and have mixed feelings. I have not really noticed proof positive results but the studies have me keeping with it. I take the liquid form and take pre cardio in the am..

Look into L-Carnitine L-Tartrate as the absorption has been shown to be superior to L-Carnitine alone. Even preferably a LCLT with the addition of Polyphenols.

What kind of incrdible results are we talking about? If I was to use L-Carnitine, it would be the injectable.

Just recently started using L-Carnitine for the first time getting ready for a contest. Started only a couple weeks ago, so I am hoping for good results.
