What's the best way to increase T naturally?

Heavy compound lifts like deads and squats will increase growth hormone. To get testosterone levels up you can use aromatase inhibitors like 6 oxo. Species sells Testostolyze which works well. You should check with your organization to make sure 6-oxo isn't banned for them - in my opinion it shouldn't be.

Zinc and magnesium, intense exercise such as squats, deads etc.

If you are over 40, then tribulus terristus could work for you.

ZMA at night has worked wonders for me. If for nothing else it gives me lucid dreams and some good sleep.

I really like 6-oxo. does Saw Palmetto actually increase test by stopping conversion to DHT? I think testostrolyze is 6oxo and Saw Palmetto. Most "test boosters" ive used I havent noticed much from

I have used several brands of Tribulus with poor results.I have a diet high in EFA`s (Salmon, Udo`s Oil ect) so maybe my test isn`t too low for a fifty year old? I have had good results with Red Korean Ginseng though.

I've used Tribulus in the past, and while it won't put 5 lbs of muscle on you, I did feel better recovered (used Biotests' Alpha Male, which has forskolin in it as well I believe). Also keepin g a higher intake of healthy fats probably helps as well.

I would take a look at Dave's diet - he posted it on his Q&A thread. Basically High protein, moderate fats and low carbs is what he recommends.

I've used novadex xt and done a couple cycles of DHEA. I saw some decent results, lost some body fat while gaining 2-3 pounds in a month or so.

All the above is good, plus try to reduce Catabolism - I recommend Cissus just before bed for this and increase protein absorbtion by taking Leucine during the day with protein.

Best thing to boost testosterone naturally is eating more dietary cholesterol since testosterone is derived from cholesterol... whole eggs are a great source.

Enmity
02-16-2009, 12:56 AM
Then you're left with hypercholesterolemia which requires a higher level of focus than watching testosterone levels. Lift big, eat properly and avoid the tribulus family. It's an herb and every company claims it's a supernatural supplement that's been clinically tested.

Dr.Natural1988
02-16-2009, 02:43 AM
Not necessarily...if it runs in your family, probably, but considering most of the people that bodybuild are fit it is not as big of a concern. we also can't forget that eggs don't contribute to bad cholesterol as much as the good cholesterol. another point to mention is the fact that just about every bodybuilder eats oatmeal which can help keep cholesterol levels in check.

Enmity
02-17-2009, 01:11 AM
Wrong, eggs conceive LDL or a matrix of the two. Bodybuilders also eat large quantities of red meats and other saturated fatty acids that contribute to one's LDL allotment. Not all, in fact most bodybuilders bulk using a monstrosity of foods that aren't considered "healthy" when bulking.

There's very little to no correlation between testosterone levels and dietary cholesterol. If you're cholesterol defient it can be derived from testosterone but the contrary seems delusive.

Dr.Natural1988
02-17-2009, 12:01 PM
I'll give you that, it was wrong of me to say bodybuilders don't eat crap food. But, if you're concerned about hypercholesterolemia...then you might as well be concerned about heart disease while we are at it since red meats have more saturated fats than eggs and can contribute to atherosclerosis as well as many other things. After all, heart disease is the leading cause of death in America, and it's not as if I was saying to eat a dozen whole eggs a day...2-3 is getting the job done in my own case.

You may find this article interesting...http://www.musculardevelopment.com/content/view/1399/51/

Granted the website it came from is now shit.

My employers seem to have foregone testing for metabolites and actually test for high test to epitest ratio as an indication that a test subject is doping. Will taking any of the above mentioned supplements put me at risk for having a unbalanced test/epitest ratio? I bought some haladrol by Gaspari but am scared to death to use it.

Def fats help, But it is actually the saturated fats that can contribute the most.
Using ALR test bosters atm. Have found them very good.

If you're past mid 30s, DHEA and Bulgarian Tribulus are backed by the most real clinical studies to increase your age realted decline in test. DHEA also has real anti-aging and health support values. If you're younger, it's not as beneficial.

If you intend to compete in a natural organization, even a couple years down the road, before taking supp's like DHEA, 6-oxo, Novedex, halodrol etc. be sure to check whether they're banned by the organizations in which you're interested.

It can be a little complicated with what's allowed or not.

For example, the INBF bans (http://www.inbf.net/drug-free.html) most or all of these. The OCB allows DHEA at 50 mg/day or less and allows 6-oxo but prohibits Halodrol-50 (http://www.theocbwebsite.com/forms/DrugTestingGuidelines.pdf).
The NGA policy seems pretty liberal on over-the-counter supplements (http://www.nationalgym.com/nga/information.php?info_id=29).

That being said, one way to increase test and reduce estrogen levels is to abstain from alcohol, including that wonderful bubbly brew known as beer...

Careful of what you take.especiallyif you compete in the INBF. they have very strict guidelines. Look into "Jungle Warfare" from ALRI.

well what i've been using for the last couple months is AAEFX'S TEST CHARGE combined with their TRIBULUS as well. the trib i just added it in to get a little extra boost, but i've been using the TEST CHARGE for almost 3 to 4 months now and man do i love this product. the energy and strength it's given me has been phenomenal. i actually just use it once a day instead of the 2 doses a day recommendation but it seems to have been working for me, but you gotta see what works best for you when and if you get it. but i definitely recommend it.
