My second comp for the year - INBA Dubbo

Dubbo is a town in NSW (Australia) and runs a bb show each year. There were 40 competitors (up from 20 in 2008) which is quite good for a small show.
It was a relaxed atmosphere and a well run show. The promoters did a great job.

172cm , 72.4kg on the morning of the show. Last weight session 5 days before, last cardio session 3 days before.
Still experimenting with my diet at the moment. I've got about 8 more shows this year - so it should be fairly fine tuned by the end of the year.
