View Full Version : Critique my cut for this year please , hard no compliments .. much appreciated
Hello RX family :) , i'm a lurker here and read alot , trying to do my best to be in a better shape , hopefully one day in the future i can compete
these are my pics , i know i have skin problem due to being over weight many years ago sadly but i'm back to bodybuilding and this is my 4th year training constant
please criique me hard and tell me what i need to do / improve / maybe exercises that can help me kill the weak points

what are your stats? could you post pics in a few bbing poses? and have shorter shorts to see full leg?
glaring weakness i can see is calves.
i'm 26 years old , 5'6 , 81 kgs/178 or 179 lbs i guess? .. been trainning for 4 years till now

didn't take many pics only those , but i can tell u that my hamstrings and glutes need to get improved alot
but anything can u see in the upper body? any major problems beside the skin issue

Biceps are over powering your triceps. U need to thicken up your chest and tighten up the skin on your abdomen.

can you do full body pics in poses please w someone taking the pics for you?
I did 3 days ago just waiting the guy to send it to me and i'll post all .. took them in the gym all poses
i'm still cutting got around 4-6 more weeks

cutting 2 weeks only 13-14 days
still got 4-6 more weeks to go .. so any help or where need to focus is appreciated

the skin in your ab area will be an issue, im not gonna lie. and it will show up the leaner you get. i would like to see your legs. leaning out nicely, def have a strong upper body....but arms can easily over power you....so watch them..
I'll take leg shots , thanks for the input tammy really appreciate it but i want to know the weak points in these shots beside the chest (upper) ..
the skin issue is getting better n better every diet , i'm going to get sun baths everyother day to see what happens , still got 4-6 more weeks
if u can see from the first post the changes in skin is going better for my side , it took years but i'm very patient about it now .. cuz i know i can fix it without a surgery just wait and see :)

about legs i'll take it , front legs is good but hamstrings need work and calves is bad i guess but i started focusing on them more after what u said
give me few weeks and lets see what happens i'm gonna update this thread ... sorry for excluding my face but i look terrible when i diet like a dead zombie

Thanks Jude , anything to focus on? need all help appreciate it really
cuz i'm going to compete in Dec , this year .. if the skin didn't get all tight will wait till next year so i can bring up the abs and back more so skin wont be an issue at all

You really need to work on and master your front relax pose. It is one of the most important poses in BB. You need to work on getting your lats out without your arms being flared out too wide.

82kg... 164 + 16.4 = 180.4 lbs, yup.
