I didn't think you were nuts. Assuming same level of conditioning I still think Trigili edges out Decker. But he came in off, according to play by play and callout, while Decker came in amazing. That being said IF they both were on I certainly wouldn't complain if Decker still won his physique is simply ideal.

From his Flex magazine video where he's 4 days out he said for the USA he was eating a lot of white fish and for the NA he switched to red meat, which helped keep him fuller. I think he looked pretty damn full at the USA's like Fak said its about what works for your body. Guess he'll be switching back to white fish if he plans on doing the NPC nationals.

TONY BEVAQUA: Super shredded……thick delts, pecs, and arms. Legs can come up…….however, his conditioning is crazy impressive.

JOHN GALLAGHER: thick quads……..great separation. Impressive side leg. Glutes/hams are ripped.

CRAIG PRATT: shredded abs…… ripped hams…….. legs and calves can use more size.. thick upper back.. good side triceps pose.

STOIL STOILOV: Freakiest back onstage. Excellent conditioning.. ripped abs.. striated glutes/hams…. Needs a darker tan….. Completely overlooked at prejudging

TIM DAVIS: Conditioning is excellent…. Super thick delts….. legs can come up in size…. Glutes/hams are ripped.

JOSE DEJESUS: Needs better conditioning and a tan…….

JEAN CLAUDE DESARDOUN: freaky side leg feathering. Outrageous arms. Great side triceps.. thick ripped pecs…. Back can use more thickness…..

JIM EVERTON: Ripped…….. head to toe……….no tan…… small waist…. Excellent symmetry. Thick pecs.. glutes can be harder (and need more muscle)…. Impressive delts

ROBERT FARROW: excellent conditioning………. Thick delts… nice twisting back/arm poses.. good performance…. Legs can be a little bigger to make his physique truly impressive. Good muscle shots

BOBBY HOLMES: legs are little small for upper body. Good front lat spread. Thick pecs and delts. Glutes are striated but holding a little water. Good crab most muscular

BRIAN HOYDIC: excellent conditioning….. well balanced….. striated pecs. Good side triceps…….glutes/hams are striated. Can use more glute mass. Good lower lat striations…

JAMIE IBONE: Always shredded onstage…… legs needs more mass to balance upper body. Glutes/hams are shredded….. good back double…… very polished looking bber.

DAVID KALICK: packs a lot of mass. Conditioning is just not there…… glutes are soft.

KEVIN KNAPP: Super shredded…… thickly muscled………. Impressive

MILTON MARTINEZ: crazy symmetry………. Ripped abs………striated glutes.. excellent balance………..a future start for sure

SCOTT ARUSEO: Thick back…huge delts and pecs….. impressive arms… legs need to come up a little…… great potential

ANDRE SCOTT: freaky arms…. Huge biceps…. Popping and locking onstage….. glutes/hams need to be tighter. If he dials it in, he can be really good.

CRAIG TORRES: lots of mass…….. pecs, delts, arms……. Tan is not dark enough….. conditioning is just not where it needs to be…. If it were, he’d challenge in this class

MIKE YABLON: The most impressive guy in the class………….up 10lb from TEAM U… must better look for him Super shredded… very polished looking. Will be hard to beat in this class.

TAN INOUE: Good biceps……. Thick back and delts……. Conditioning is just not there in the lower body. Looks a little flat too (maybe from trying to make weight).

EARSKIN PRESLEY: Moved up from MW last year……… Much better as LHW… awesome conditioning…… well balanced physique…Earskin is only getting better …….. small waist; impressive ab-thigh pose……..striated glutes

VICTOR MANUEL: from MEXICO……. Huge calves……. Impressive arms…. Legs need more mass

JAMES BIVENS: huge guy… great structure……needs more muscle to fill out that frame….and conditioning is not where it should be.

DREW JEMMOTT: Looks like he finally dialed in his conditioning…… great structure……..small waist…… fantastic arms. Glutes striated… excellent back double.. however, back is a little flat. Good ab-thigh pose.

KEVIN LAW: thick calves… good arms, delts…….. glutes can be a little harder.. pecs are striated…… Tall guy; would like to see him add even more muscle to his frame…. Especially in the legs.

DAN DECKER: best conditioned we've seen him..... super freaky hard glutes/hams.. best ARMS in the show...... striated pecs.... will be very hard to beat in this class ....as well as for Overall!

RON PARTLOW: placed 2nd more times in his career than even Keith Williams...... was harder this morning.... huge shoulder structure....... small waist. his frame is so big that he still needs more muscle to fill it out... Striated glutes/hams.......holding water tonight

MARLON JOHN: thick guys got thick arms... and delts are outrageous... if he was a little dryer and glutes had better conditioning, he'd be very dangerous Big man; still needs more lower body mass.

JEREMICHAEL PRATT: Legs are way too small for his frame......... nice structure; just needs more mass.

DAVID SHEPPARD: Legs are little small for his frame..... conditioning is okay.....just needs more mass
