I don't want to do something stupid. ( too late, i've already made this post). I have a sore throat/ can't talk, but I feel good. Should I do a short workout today, or should I wait till I feel 100%? If I can't train, can I do some light cardio?

As long as you don't do a bunch of gabbing in the gym, you should be fine. What are you planning on training?

You could have Streph Throat.

He says he otherwise feels good. Trust me, you don't feel good when you have strep.

Not always true my kids have had it a million times, it doesn't stop them from running around the house like maniacs.

I don't think it's a good idea to train if your throat feels like that, think about the other people that are going to use the equipment at the gym after you do, you would be like a plague rat

Bro, if you feel like training, train. If not, don't (my logic is impeccable, I know:wavey:)

Hell yea train or do light cardio. Most of the time when I train it makes me feel better. Sweat it out.

general rule of thumb... Fever, don't train. No fever. Train. Just wash your hands....

I always gargle a little Jack or Everclear, works perfectly seriously.

I'm gonna hit up some VitC today, and see if that helps.

If you feel like training then train. Your body will let you know when it needs rest.
